VanillaSky turns listing photos and confirmed facts into a portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9 MP4. Review your photos, vehicle details and words on screen, then pay $5 for one car with one background before the video is made. The checkout shows the amount due, including any discount. Payment covers up to five video versions with that background, including the first. Queued and running versions reserve a place; failed attempts do not count. Duration depends on the style. There is no subscription or automatic next-car charge. Existing purchased balances remain usable; new prepaid packs are not offered.
Your inputs and the result
Submit only photos, logos and listing content you have permission to use. Confirm facts before generation; the original details are then fixed. AI can alter visual details, so check the entire video before posting. Do not publish a misleading representation of the car. Platform approval, sales and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Edits and storage
Within those five versions, you can choose the available style, aspect ratio, music, voice and branding options on the same background without another payment. A different background requires another payment and includes its own five versions. Contact support for factual or scene corrections. Use the original browser, or sign in with your checkout email and verify the emailed code, to manage your purchase. A video link gives viewing access, not account or editing access. Download a copy; paid storage is not a lifetime hosting commitment.
Problems and refunds
Email [email protected] with your video link, receipt reference if available and what went wrong. If you are not happy with your video, say so and you get your money back. For material errors or other delivery problems, contact us for a correction or refund. Contact the same address to cancel an order or make a complaint. These terms and our money-back promise do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
After two confirmed video-generation failures tied to the same card purchase, we automatically request a refund of the full original payment through Stripe. Accidental duplicate card payments are also refunded without reversing the original purchase. The video page and Your videos distinguish a refund being processed, a confirmed refund and one needing review. Confirmation means Stripe has confirmed the refund; it does not mean the money is already on your bank statement. For purchases made with an existing account balance, contact support.
Consumer right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your order without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. We do not ask you to give up this right when generation starts or you download your video. Send your declaration before the period ends using the online withdrawal function, by emailing [email protected], or with the optional model form below. Include your name and enough information to identify the order, such as your checkout email and receipt reference or video link.
We refund the full amount paid for that order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. We do not deduct the cost of work already performed. We verify the order and process the refund manually; submitting the declaration records your withdrawal and does not mean a card refund has already completed. The online function provides an acknowledgement you can save. Our existing satisfaction guarantee and any longer period or other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
