What dealers ask before the first video.
Which listing sites work?
Paste the link from most dealer websites, Craigslist, OfferUp, Bring a Trailer, TrueCar, Edmunds, Carfax, Carvana or CarMax. AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus and KBB block automated reading, so there you paste the car’s VIN and we pull the same listing. Any other site: upload the photos and type one line of details.
What is a VIN and where do I find it?
The VIN is the 17-character vehicle identification number every car has. Every listing shows it under “VIN” in the details. It is also on the driver’s-side dashboard, visible through the windshield, and on the door-jamb sticker. Paste it and we pull the listing: photos, price, mileage and dealer.
Can I use my own logo and colors?
Yes. Upload your logo and it replaces ours. Pick an accent color and a headline font, add your name, phone, website and city. They go on every video you make.
What does the video look like?
You pick a place and a style. Places: a mountain road, the coast, a city at night, your own lot, a studio, or just your photos as they are. Styles: a commercial, a fast cut, a price-led ad. Same car, same facts, twelve places, seven styles.
Will it look like my car?
Yes. The car in the video is your car, from your photos. AI adds the motion and, for every place except “Your photos”, the scenery around it. Wheels and badges can come out imperfect, so watch the video before you post it. If something is off, tell us.
Who owns the video?
You do. Download it and use it in your advertising, as long as you have the rights to the photos, logo and listing you gave us.
What if a video is wrong?
Email [email protected] with the video link and what’s wrong. We fix it or refund it. Don’t make a second video to fix the first. Write to us.
How long does it take?
A few minutes. A busy queue can make it longer. The page shows where it is; leave an email and we send the link when it’s ready.
Do I need an account?
No. Paste the listing, pay, done. We ask for an email at checkout for the receipt and the link to your video.
Is my inventory shared with anyone?
No. Your photos and listing text go only to the AI services that make the video, and to our hosting and payment providers. Nothing is sold or shown to other dealers. Videos you don’t pay for are deleted after 14 days.
