What is a VIN and where do I find it?
The VIN is the 17-character vehicle identification number every car has. Every listing shows it under “VIN” in the details. It is also on the driver’s-side dashboard, visible through the windshield, and on the door-jamb sticker. Paste it and we pull the listing: photos, price, mileage and dealer.
Can I use my own logo and colors?
Yes. Upload your logo and it replaces ours. Pick an accent color and a headline font, and fill in the dealer card with your name, phone, website and city. They go on every video you make.
Will it look like my car?
AI creates motion from your photos; Journey and Studio also create scenery. We constrain the camera and use your confirmed facts for numbers. Review wheels, badges and other details before posting; report errors to support.
Who owns the video?
You can download and use the finished video for your advertising, provided you have the necessary rights to the input photos, logo and listing content. See the draft terms and review the result before posting.
What if a video is wrong?
Email [email protected] with your video link and the incorrect detail or scene. We review correction and refund requests. Do not pay for another car to fix a mistake without contacting us first.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on the queue, selected concept and generation providers. The progress page shows the current stage; save the link or add an email for notification.
Do I need an account?
No. You paste the listing, see the storyboard and pay without signing up. Use the same browser to come back to your car; the video link is for viewing. Checkout takes an email for the receipt and the ready link.
Is my inventory shared with anyone?
We send photos and relevant listing text to generation providers to create your video. Hosting, email and payment services process the information needed for their roles. Unpaid runs are normally removed after 14 days; see Privacy for details.
